Turns out that the bump on Hannah's eyebrow is a dermoid cyst. These are typically not too serious...in fact, a lot of times people have them and don't have them removed. But since Hannah's is so close to her eye, it will need to be removed. We've talked to her opthamologist - and he says that he can remove the cyst. The surgery is scheduled for December 17th. We'll keep you posted on further details.

Sickie
Thursday we took Hannah to her pediatrician to have a bump on her eyebrow checked out. While we were there we mentioned that Hannah had a low grade temp off an on for the last week (which we thought might be teething) - and a little dry sounding cough. So she went ahead and did a strep test just to rule that out. Well turns out Hannah has strep throat. The dr was kinda laughing at how happy she was in the office --- as she wrote the prescription. I stayed home with her on Friday and then we got lots of rest over the weekend. She's running circles around the house again. Here's a pic of Hannah's new "funny face" and a video of her growling at me. She doesn't seem to be sick anymore...HA!
