Two Saturdays ago we had out photographer (Kim Hudson) came over to take some "belly" pics for us. She did some for us when I was pregnant with Hannah - so we wanted to do the same for baby boy. Here are a few cute ones from the morning.

Courtney & Patrick's Wedding
Hannah went to her first wedding this weekend - my cousin Courtney's wedding. She got all dolled up for the wedding...and did pretty well during the whole thing (which was a little longer since it was a mass). After that she hung out with her GaaGaa(s) and Aunt Judy (Dudy) while John and I went to the reception. This mama even danced for a few songs (low impact of course...seeing as how baby boy feels like he's trying to make a getaway).
Check out the size of this bow...too funny (and cute).
Pretty sure she's saying..."No...I won't smile mom."
Now she smiles...when no one else is looking.
Again...no smiles from Hannah.

Pumpkins and animals...
Saturday afternoon we took a little road trip up to Weston, MO to go to Red Barn Farm. It of course happened to be the weekend of the Weston Irish Fest - so everything was pretty busy. But we made it to the farm and Hannah got to pick some pumpkins...and see lots of the animals that she loves to sing about (e-i-e-i-o). It was a bit warm for this mama...but I made it.

Putting Hannah to work.
Hannah and I looking at the cows...yelling "mooooo".
Hannah and her daddy petting the little pony.
Boy these lambs stink.
All of our pumpkins!
We'll take the one in the middle....hehe.

Big girl room
Hannah spent her first night in her new big girl room (and bed) on Saturday night. Went pretty good on night one. Night 2 and 3 were pretty rough...but hoping she'll start to like it a little more soon.

Memory Walk
Saturday morning was the Alzheimer's Memory walk. The Storey Stampede ended up raising $1,150. It was a great day for a walk - and the kids enjoyed testing their dad's arm strength on the walk (by wanting to be carried from time to time). Grandma even made it out for the walk this year.
Go Stags!
Friday night Hannah attended her first Miege football game. Although they lost - it was still a nice night and we got to see lots of people (Anita was in town from Denver and Lisa was in town from Chicago). We made it until half time - and then Hannah decided that she was done for the night.
Happy Retirement to Grammy & Papa
Last Monday the city of Grandview honored Joe (and Deb) for their service..and celebrated their official retirement. It was a nice ceremony -- and lots of people attended. Then we went back to the house to celebrate Papa's birthday with some Paul's hamburgers.
Baby Shower
Two Saturdays ago Alicia was nice enough to throw me a little family baby shower. It was a nice time...and we got some great stuff for baby boy (he's finally got some clothes!). We are very lucky to have such great family to support us. And of course...Hannah was my little assistant (when she wasn't trying to climb on things like a little monkey).
