Baby Shower

Two Saturdays ago Alicia was nice enough to throw me a little family baby shower. It was a nice time...and we got some great stuff for baby boy (he's finally got some clothes!). We are very lucky to have such great family to support us. And of course...Hannah was my little assistant (when she wasn't trying to climb on things like a little monkey).

Ready for the rain...

I bought Hannah a raincoat the other night at Costco (of course the night after it rained). We got her to put it on and pose for some pictures. She looked so cute in it! She probably will never wear it when it rains...but it's worth a shot.

Helping Daddy

Saturday morning John was out doing yard work and Hannah decided she needed to go help. So she started with the big broom - and then brought out the shovel. She was pretty funny to watch.

Gymboree

Hannah goes to Gymboree on Saturday mornings. Her class has kids from 16-22 mos...and they are all pretty entertaining. She seems to like it so far - although it is funny that she gets most excited to use the hand sanitizer at the end of class - and getting stamps everywhere (hands, feet and belly). Here are a few pics of her at class.

Brusha brusha brusha....

Hannah really loves to brush her teeth....every time she spots her toothbrush she says "teeth". Here are a few cute pics of her showing off her handy work.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a pretty busy Labor Day weekend. Saturday morning we took Hannah to her first Gymboree Play and Learn Class. She had a great time -- and liked to play with the kids. That afternoon we shopped a little - and got a Hannah this "Rody" pony to ride.

Sunday afternoon we went to our friends James and Hope's house for a pool party. Hannah swam lots - and really enjoyed playing on the slide. She also loved showing off her skills on the trampoline. Check out her hair.

Check out Hannah showing off her skills.

Rock Chalk...Rain Out....

We went to the KU Football Kickoff Rally Friday night in Corinth. Unfortunately...about 30 minutes in to it, a monsoon moved in and rained out the party. We did manage to get a pic with the big inflatable Jayhawk...and see quite a few of our friends. Hannah was a good sport- despite the rain.
